Caesar II - Pipe Stress Analysis, 16th - 18th June 2014, Seri Pacific Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

INTERACTIVE SESSIONS WITH CAESAR II!!!

Pipes are well-known for its delicateness and busiest entities in any process plant. They are subjected to almost all kinds of loads, intentional or unintentional. It is extremely important to ensure all potential loads that a piping system would encounter during operation as well as during other stages in the life cycle of a process plant. The system may fail on the first occurrence if any such load is overlooked. Failure of a piping system may trigger a Domino effect and cause a major disaster.

There are a few concepts and phases for a piping engineer should aware and expert of in order to ensure the structural integrity of the piping and maintain the operability of the connecting equipment. Good piping system design is always a mixture of sound knowledge base in the basics and a lot of inventiveness.

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?

  • Gain confidence in your modelling abilities to build better models faster
  • Get maximum advantage from your software system
  • Learn the full capabilities of today’s most complete pipe stress analysis tool!
  • Have better understanding in fundamentals of pipe stress and how stress analysis is carried out in piping systems.
  • Learn the basis in determining the design pressure and temperature conditions as well as determining pipe wall thickness.
  • Picturing the effective and efficient approaches in providing solutions to the potential pipe stress problems in order to reduce the cost of the piping system.
  • Gain “hands-on” experience on significance of pipe stress analysis software in general, with particular emphasize on CAESAR II and the tools and procedures used in the creation of stress models.
